By purchasing from Social Bloom Creative, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Downloads, Educational Materials)

All digital product purchases are final.

Due to the instant and irrevocable access provided upon purchase:

Digital products may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or transferred.

2. Social Media Management, Website Design, and Content Creation Services

Payments made for these services are non-refundable, including:

  • Retainers

  • Deposits

  • Monthly service fees

  • Project-based payments

This is because time, planning, and resources are allocated immediately upon onboarding.

Deposits are required to secure your project start date and are non-refundable, even if you choose not to move forward.

Early Termination

If you choose to end service before the agreed contract period, remaining payments may still be due according to your signed agreement. Service contracts supersede this policy.

3. Coaching Services (1:1 Sessions, Strategy Meetings, Audits)

All coaching sessions and coaching packages are non-refundable, including:

  • Missed appointments

  • Sessions not scheduled or used

  • Packages paid in full

  • Digital materials associated with coaching

You are responsible for booking your sessions within the timeframe specified.

Coaching is guidance-based and does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results vary based on your effort, application, and business circumstances.

4. Cancellations or Rescheduling for Coaching or Meetings

If you need to reschedule a coaching call or meeting, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments canceled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

  • No-show appointments are considered used and are non-refundable.

5. Payment Plan Agreements

If you enroll in a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Late fees

  • Collections action

  • Termination of services

  • Removal from programs or resources

Payment plans do not cancel your obligations once you have received the product or begun service.

6. Refunds for Duplicate Charges

7. Exceptional Circumstances
